Yamadori.com is a static educational site about bonsai and yamadori. You do not make an account to read it. This note replaces an old privacy page that was a generic template and did not describe this site.
Who publishes it
No street address is printed here, because none is offered as a place of business.
Google AdSense
Pages load Google’s AdSense script so Google can show ads. Google’s advertising products, including AdSense, may set advertising cookies in your browser. Google’s own page on how those cookies are used is linked below. That page, not this one, is the account of what Google logs and how ad settings work. This site does not sell your name and does not run its own ad exchange. No ad unit was invented for these pages. The script identifies the publisher. It does not place a hand-written ad slot.
Amazon links
Some pages link to products on Amazon. If you follow a link, you leave this site and Amazon handles that visit under Amazon’s rules, which can include cookies on Amazon’s site. Yamadori.com may earn a commission if you buy through those links. The commission does not change the price you pay. This site does not receive your Amazon password or your full order history. The links are marked nofollow sponsored. The tracking tag is not printed on these pages.
The contact address is shown as info(@)Yamadori.com so it is readable and is not a clickable mail link. If you write, the message contains whatever you put in it, including your return address. It is used to reply when a reply is called for. It is not added to a marketing list. The site does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Cookies set by these pages
The pages are HTML and CSS, plus a short script that only opens the menu on a small screen. That script does not set a tracking cookie. Advertising cookies, if any, come from Google’s ads script. No separate analytics tool is installed on these pages.
